Burger King recently released a commercial showing the “all-natural” Whopper slowly rotting over the course of 34 days to prove to customers that they don’t use preservatives. By the end of the commercial the Whopper is covered in fungus.
While Burger King’s intent is certainly to shock viewers with this commercial, it’s effects in Fayette County are negligible at best. Our citizens have been treated to places like Pechin’s, home of the 19 cent hamburger, and the corner shop affectionately known as “Filthy Phil’s” for decades.
